2. Almost there! / Ci siamo quasi!
[ENG] If it weren't for some major personal inconveniences for some of us, we were already finished! :D
In these last weeks we finished the stories, double-language lettering, major layout, and even the inner covers and the "in the next chapter" preview pages!
We are SO CLOSE and SO EXCITED, but we need to be patience for about another month. We'll try our best to finish everything and send the files for printing within May. Printing will take a couple of weeks, so we are still aiming to begin shipping in June. CHEER US UP! <3
[ITA] Non fosse stato per alcuni gravi inconvenienti personali che hanno coinvolto qualcuno di noi, avremmo già finito! :D
In queste ultime settimane abbiamo terminato le storie, il lettering in doppia lingua, il grosso dell'impaginazione e persino le copertine interne e le pagine di anteprima "nel prossimo capitolo"!
Siamo davvero VICINI ed ENTUSIASTI, ma dobbiamo pazientare ancora un altro mesetto. Faremo di tutto per concludere i lavori e mandare i file di stampa entro maggio. La stampa prenderà un altro paio di settimane, pertanto stiamo ancora mirando a giugno per iniziare le spedizioni. TIFATE PER NOI! <3

Hello friends!
The smoke test for the pledge manager went good, so we are extending the invites to everyone!
Here's a brief to keep things in mind easy.
What's a Pledge Manager?
It's an external site (BackerKit) that we are using to collect addresses for physical shipping, and the related fees.
Why do I need to log there? I don't have time!
It really takes 5 minutes, but above all WE CANNOT SHIP YOU YOUR REWARDS if you don't let us know where to ship and cover the shipping fee!
Ok, ok. So, how does that works?
You'll receive an e-mail after this one, FROM BACKERKIT. Don't trash it, and also control your spam folder.
Follow the link (it's safe) and then the instructions. You need to fill your personal informations (address) and credit card data (which will not be charged yet).
And what can I do within BackerKit?
You'll be able to adjust your pledge (if available), add any other items to your order, and SPREAD THE WORD, SINCE WE ALSO OPENED THE PRE-ORDER STORE, where anyone can get a copy of Out of the Box #1.
I see the shipping fees are lower than the Kickstarter campaign?!
Not-italian backers will be happy to see that we have almost halved the predicted shipping fees, as below:
EU: from 7€ to 5€, friendly shipping
America, Africa and Asia: from 10€ to 5.5€
Oceania: from 13€ to 6€
If you are happy (and you know it :P ), any additional orders and tip will be appreciated! <3
Please note that we will ship from Italy, so any orders outside EU may incur in additional customs, which are not under our control.
How much time do I have to do this stuff?
Plenty. We are keeping the pledge manager (and the preorder store) open until we will be ready to ship, so surely until summer, or even until september.
Before shipping we will also write you back to be certain that you gave us the correct address (if you moved meanwhile, for instance).
Don't waste time and don'tpostpone, though! Memory is faulty! :P

Cos'èun Pledge Manager?
È un sito esterno (BackerKit) che usiamo per raccogliere i vostri indirizzi per le spedizioni fisiche, e le relative quote.
Perché devo entrare là dentro? Non ho tempo!
Prende veramente solo 5 minuti, ma soprattutto NON POSSIAMO SPEDIRTI LE RICOMPENSE se non ci fai avere un indirizzo di spedizione e copri le relative spese!
Ok, ok. Quindi, come funziona?
Riceverai un'altra e-mail dopo questa, DA BACKERKIT. Non buttarla, e controlla anche la cartella spam.
Segui il link (è sicuro) e poi le istruzioni (sono anche in italiano). Dovrai inserire le tue informazioni personali (l'indirizzo) e i dati della carta di credito (che però ancora non sarà addebitata).
E che posso fare in questo BackerKit?
Potrai scegliere una ricompensa diversa (se vuoi e se è disponibile), aggiungere oggetti al tuo ordine, e SPARGERE LA VOCE, DATO CHE ABBIAMO ANCHE APERTO IL PRE-ORDER STORE, dove chiunque può prenotare una copia di Out of the Box #1.
Ma vedo che le spese di spedizione sono più basse rispetto a quelle indicate sulla campagna Kickstarter?!
Esatto, siamo riusciti a togliere altri 50 centesimi dalle spedizioni italiane, portando il totale a 2,50€.
Se siete felici (e lo sapete :P ), ulteriori acquisti e mance saranno grandemente apprezzati! <3
Quanto tempo ho per fare questa roba?
Un sacco. Terremo il pledge manager (e il preorder store) aperti fino al momento di spedire, quindi sicuramente fino in estate, e forse anche fino a settembre.
Prima di spedire ti scriveremo di nuovo per essere certi che tu ci abbia dato l'indirizzo giusto (per esempio se nel frattempo ti sei trasferito).
Comunque non sprecare tempo e non rimandare! La memoria è fallace! :P

Hello again!
Double update this month, to tell you that we have readied the Pledge Manager!
This means that you'll be able to do three things:
add any other items to your order;
pay the shipping fee, so you'll be all setup to receive your rewards when it will be ready;
We are going to run a "smoke test", meaning that around 5% of you will immediately receive the invite to the Pledge Manager, and see if everything is alright.
The 5% of you will receive another e-mail next to this one, from BACKERKIT. DO NOT TRASH IT! And also check the spam to see if it has been filtered.
Not-italian backers will be happy to see that we have almost halved the predicted shipping fee, as below:

Ciò significa che potrete fare tre cose:

pagare le spedizioni, così sarete già pronti per ricevere le vostre ricompense appena saranno pronte;
SPARGERE LA VOCE, DATO CHE ABBIAMO ANCHE APERTO IL PRE-ORDER STORE!
Faremo un primo test con il 5% dei backers. In pratica, il 5% di voi riceverà l'invito al Pledge Manager per vedere se va tutto bene.
Se sarete in questo 5%, riceverete un'altra mail dopo questa, inviata da BACKERKIT. NON BUTTATELA! E controllate anche nella cartella spam, nel caso sia stata filtrata.
